The restaurant combines the experience of al fresco dining, on three interconnecting terraces, under the aegean stars, with the most breathtaking view over the famous Skaros Rock, recognized worldwide as the most romantic and dramatic sunset spot on the island caldera. For Season 2026, after 10 years of numerous accolades and amazing partnerships with the most innovative chefs in Greek history, the restaurant will be celebrating its 10th Anniversary, with celebrity Chef Dimitris Skarmoutsos, who laid its’ foundation stone in 2016 for a long-term success in Santorini’s gastronomic scene. We can’t wait to venture together into another amazing gastronomic experience into Season 2026!
